Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Amazon Bound website at www.amazonbound.today (the "Service"), operated by Koalanda LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or purchasing from the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Not Affiliated with Amazon

Amazon Bound is an independent interview preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

Description of Service

Amazon Bound offers two types of products:

• Digital interview templates — downloadable PDF frameworks for answering Amazon behavioral interview questions.
• Coaching sessions — live, one-on-one video sessions with an Amazon Bar Raiser for mock interview practice and feedback.

The Service is designed to help candidates prepare for Amazon interviews. It is not a guarantee of employment or a substitute for professional career counseling.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout.

Digital Templates — License and Refunds

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own interview preparation. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share the template with others.

Because digital templates are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on template purchases.

Coaching Sessions — Scheduling and Refunds

After purchasing a coaching session, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to schedule your session. Sessions are conducted via video call.

• You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
• Sessions may not be recorded without the explicit written consent of both parties.

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchased content.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or credentials when booking a coaching session.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

All content on Amazon Bound — including templates, text, coaching frameworks, and site design — is owned by Koalanda LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a personal use license only; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that using our templates or coaching sessions will result in a job offer. Interview outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including candidate performance, market conditions, and employer decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in connection with the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Koalanda LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
