We walk through the six question types that cover 90%+ of questions you'll face in your Amazon interviews.
The six question types are: STAR success, STAR failure, functional, Why Amazon, Tell Me About Yourself, and questions for your interviewers.
You answer each question for 5–6 minutes, then I give you a verbal assessment for 4–5 minutes, and we move to the next.
The goal is to evaluate your performance and coach you on each question type. Come prepared with your drafted answers.

Mock Interview with an Amazon Bar Raiser

In the first hour of our 3-hour session, I interview you in full simulation mode, without coaching or stopping. This will help you experience what it's like to be interviewed by an Amazon Bar Raiser.
In the second hour, I step away and independently write behaviorally justified hire/no-hire feedback, exactly as a Bar Raiser would after your actual loop.
In the third hour, you return and I walk you through my decision, the rationale behind it, and how a Bar Raiser would influence the final hiring discussion.
By the end, you'll know whether you raised the bar and exactly why or why not.
